Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University

Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University is also known as B. N. Mandal University was founded in January 1992. The University is located in Madhepura, Bihar.It is a government university which provides education for both graduate and post graduate programs. It was established due to Bihar State Universities Amendment Act 1991 passed in August 1991. The university is attached to L. N. Mithila University, Darbhanga and presently also follows the rules and academic of L. N. Mithila University, Darbhanga. Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University is situated at Madhepura and thus enriching educational system of the district and the state. The University is recognized under the UGC Act, 1956 and has got the status of deemed university. Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University is also the member of Association of Indian Universities. Madhepura, Purnea and Koshi comes under the jurisdiction of the university.

BN Mandal University provides courses like Under-Graduate Courses in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) , Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).The Post-Graduate Courses of the university are Master of Arts (M.A.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.). The Under-Graduate Professional Courses are Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M.), Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Bachelor in Hospitality & Hotel Management (B.H.H.M.), Bachelor of laws (L.L.B.) and M.B.B.S. The Post-Graduate Professional Courses are Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.), Masters in Computer Applications (M.C.A.) and other various courses.
