During its first academic year in 2008-2009 Bachelor of Technology in three disciplines including Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.

The newly added IIT will also cater the needs of various research scholars like other institutes.
