CBSE Plans to Rate and Rank its Schools
New Delhi : Sept 01, 09
CBSE is now planning to rate and rank the schools using grade system. Its now more easier for the parents to choose best school for their child.
The schools will be graded A+, A, B+ and B. The grading will be decided by teacher's quality, technology provided to the students, playground, infrastructure, and teacher-student ratio.
It will be a good plan from CBSE. Now schools will maintain minimum standards of quality for healthy grades. A poor student can get good education with good infrastructure and other facilities.
There are more than 10,000 affiliated schools in India and abroad. Human resource development minister Kapil Sibal had announced the accreditation and ranking of schools in his 100-days plan.
